Personal Assistant/Social Media Coodinator to Founder & CEO
Location Las Vegas/Summerlin NV
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
MINIMUM 3 years experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs and all social media including editting and posting
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask in fast paced envirnment
- Strong time-management and organization skills
Candidate must be trustwothy, mature and able to manage confidential information.
$55,000 plus benefits. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. Profit sharing plan.
Must be willing to travel and work weekends if needed.
