We value our clients' trust both in the quality of our work and the honesty of our agreements. In our business, it is normal to have 1+ contracts with every customer to ensure agreed upon terms. We strive to make things clear with our customers so that nothing surprises them or us.
We are a Christian company, enjoying the work that God has given us to do, and believe that working with your hands is almost always a godly endeavor.
We do a variety of work and are interested in giving the right kind of work to our different employees. For instance, if we have an employee that loves finish carpentry and hates drywall work, we strive to set them up for success with our business by giving them plenty of carpentry work to keep them busy.
We are fairly flexible on time and pay terms. We like to have some mutual understanding of what we expect from each other, but we are open to part time, full time, set hours, flexible hours, hourly or weekly pay...etc.
