THE ROLE:
We are looking for an Office Coordinator who can fulfill multiple tasks, including being a Front Desk/Doctor’s Assistant. We are looking for a quick learner and who can jump in to make an impact. This position will work closely with the Doctors to keep our office operating at a high-quality level, to help us impact the health of as many people as possible.
This position demands optimum efficiency and production. Part of the role will be to practice what we preach and walk the talk. We are a chiropractic and nutrition office, so don’t apply if you are unwilling or unable to receive care (one of your benefits!).
HOURS AND PAY:
Hours are as follows:
Monday 8:20 am - 1:00 pm
Tuesday 8:20 am - 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Wednesday 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Thursday 8:20 am - 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Friday 8:20 am - 12:30 pm
There are some evening and weekend special events (Plenty of advanced notice is given). Do not apply if you cannot commit to the hours. The starting range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour along with bonuses and incentives.

- Quickly Working With a Variety of Computer Programs
- Hands-on Work with Patients using High-Tech Tools
- Internal and External Promotional Activities (Social Media skills required)
- Customer Service and Phone Skills Must be Top Notch
- Ability to Multitask and have Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work at a Fast Pace
- Handling Non-Clinical Questions, Concerns, and Comments
- Quality Control
- Improve Patient Satisfaction
- Jumping in When Things Get Hectic
- Helping to Design Policy and Procedures So That Things Don’t Get Hectic
- Inventory Control
- Handling Money and Asking for Money from Patients
EXPERTISE:
- Experience with standard computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Facebook, etc.).
- Ability to learn new computer programs and technical aspects quickly.
- Organization: keeping your personal space clean, organizing your tasks
- Eye for Detail: the little things matter!
- Being a self-starter: You drive projects with minimal guidance and focus on high impact work.
- Strong communication: You effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate your ideas to others.
- Critical thinking: You are thoughtful, self-aware, and use available evidence to make decisions.
- You work effectively with teammates and win credibility quickly.
