All of Gravity Jack’s projects are managed on an Agile development model. This model provides each and every client with a clear and calculated project strategy and 24/7 project insight, alongside a dedicated digital producer here on staff. This powerful approach is backed by the ability to quickly and efficiently pivot the scope, timeframe and strategic goals of the project if need be. This flexibility ensures that your project aligns perfectly with your primary business goals, and not the other way around.
Clients of Gravity Jack own their project as our team creates it. Clients move confidently forward with development, knowing that it’s always 100% theirs -- from concept to delivery.
THE BEGINNING
Founded in 2009 by Luke Richey, Jennifer Richey and Terry Hoy. The goal was to pioneer the fields of augmented and virtual reality. Leasing a small, single office in Liberty Lake, the team began offering fully-custom software development services, ranging from mobile apps and websites to custom algorithms and hardware solutions. Over the next few years, Gravity Jack grew from a team of five, to the internationally respected firm it is today.
OUR NAME
Gravity Jack’s name is both a nod to where we’ve come from and a reminder of how we approach each and every day. Our founders are skydivers (“Gravity”) and their passion for challenge, excitement and ‘pushing the envelope’ mirrors the way that we go about all we do. Jack was our founder’s grandfather. He was an Army / Navy golden glove boxer – a tough, hard working and ‘outside the mold’ man (with some great tattoos). Despite his grit, Jack was unashamed to stand for what was right, regardless of the consequences. It’s an ethical cornerstone that we live by in the way that we go about our work and our relationships. Our alternate logo (top right) is called ‘The Boxer’ and is inspired by our namesake. It is used on occasion, internally, as a reminder of our roots.
