This is an opportunity to build upon your existing reputation, deepen your specialty, and grow within a firm that values long-term contributions.

We are open to producers with a proven record in our current specialties (houses of worship, private/charter schools, nonprofits, real estate) or in other niche areas where you bring established expertise and the ability to expand Sovereign’s footprint.

A Long-Term Home – In a consolidating industry where producers often get lost, Sovereign is committed to building careers, not just books. Here, producers actually matter—your role isn’t replaced by pitch teams, and you stay connected throughout the full lifecycle of client relationships.
Stability + Growth – Six decades of history and continued double-digit growth mean your career is anchored in both security and momentum.
Practice Leadership – Producers with established niche expertise have the opportunity to lead and grow their specialty within the firm.
Support That Multiplies Your Impact – Sovereign equips you with lead generation support, proposal automation, and market-leading client retention through a strong service team.
Uncapped Income Potential – Commission is unlimited. Compensation packages are competitive and negotiable based on experience, proven performance, and growth goals. We offer flexibility including a higher starting salary that tapers as commissions grow.
Flexibility with Support – Producers based near our Pennsylvania office work in person while also serving clients nationally. For producers located outside the region, we support a fully remote structure with a dedicated travel budget to engage with clients and prospects. In either case, you’ll have the tools, service team, and autonomy to succeed.
