Why Phoenix

Phoenix Manufacturing is a growing U.S. manufacturer with a long history of building evaporative cooling products in Arizona. We are investing in our people, products, sales organization and markets as we continue to grow.

This position is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of that growth—not simply process orders but help create the opportunities that drive the business forward.

Built Better. Built Stronger. Built Smarter. Built by Phoenix.

Position Summary

This position is onsite and requires the selected candidate to currently live in Arizona. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Phoenix Manufacturing is looking for a motivated, organized and sales-oriented Sales Development & Sales Support Representative to join our growing sales team.

This position combines sales development, outbound prospecting, project research, customer support and day-to-day sales coordination. The successful candidate will help our sales representatives identify new opportunities, develop new contacts and keep sales activities organized and moving forward.

This is a sales-oriented position. The person in this role will be expected to proactively identify companies, projects and contacts, make outbound calls, ask questions, qualify opportunities and create warm handoffs to our Sales Representatives.

This is not a passive lead-follow-up position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, doing the research and taking ownership of creating new opportunities.

Phoenix Manufacturing is a U.S. manufacturer of evaporative air comfort systems serving professional HVAC, commercial, agricultural and controlled-environment applications. This position will play an important role in helping us continue to grow our business and expand our customer base.
