About Us
Metro Tech Solutions started in 2007 with our founder, David Merchant, who began offering IT services to local businesses while also serving as a youth & family minister at a church in Irving, TX.
Today, more than 17 years later, the company has grown to become a leader in the fields of structured cabling, access control systems, video surveillance systems, as well as IT managed services.
Our team consists of experts in the fields of information technology, low-voltage cabling, and security systems with certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, BICSI, and more. We are licensed by the State of Texas for security and access control systems installation (LIC. #B05208901) and all the work we perform is fully insured.
Manufacturer certifications and intentional partnerships with quality companies such as Avigilon, ISONAS, Barracuda, Microsoft, Dell, Cisco (and more) have allowed Metro Tech Solutions to ensure that our customers receive the best possible products and services.
