At Paramount, we regularly deal with situations that no one wants to be in. Flood, fire, sewage, and mold in commercial buildings creates personal and professional havoc. We are there to clean it up and get folks back to their business. We are a rare breed of construction workers with empathy and communication skills to complement our master building trades. We handle the mitigation and remediation of the initial loss as well as the reconstruction and restoration. We take extreme pride in our work and our word still means something.

We are a faith centered business and expect our team to act accordingly. Not everyone has to be a person of faith to work for us but must respect that this is who we are as a company and it is what our clients expect from our behavior. If you are worn down from working in a traditional
