Seasoned land development consulting firm helping land owners and developers take dominion over their properties in the Boise and Tucson metropolitan areas. Specializing in site planning, due diligence and development feasibility analysis, rezoning and General Plan amendments, entitlement processing, public outreach, and general development-related problem mitigation and avoidance. Paradigm's principal has managed over 75 successful rezonings, Plan amendments, and use permits totaling over 4,900 acres, resulting in entitlements to develop over 9,400 residential units and roughly 1.5 million square feet of retail/office/light industrial space.
