Fidelis Creative Agency

Fidelis Creative Agency is a full-service creative agency in Texas. That just means we can handle (or source) anything necessary to help brands win their horizon. We know successful businesses are inherently good (they are a way blessing enters the earth) so we push brands to deeply connect with their perfect market. We are very 'pro' small and midsize businesses and believe brilliant brand strategy should drive high-performing marketing. We always say, 'if marketing is the strategy and tactics of asking the girl out, then branding is why she says yes.' In the digital age, brands must look right and sound great if they want to drive revenue. That's what we do every day - we help brands excel and hit their revenue goals. Fidelis means faithful. If we say we will, then we do.

Our agency has 14 employees and we don't intend to grow beyond 20 - we like being a boutique agency that serves the kinds of clients that fit a specific matrix. We are growing - we opened a new remote office in Austin this year. We plan to open another one in 2023. We've been around (began as a media company) since 2007. 

Fidelis builds brands and we build people. We love seeing young talent push into new terrain and rise to new levels of responsibility. We love promoting from within, but we are growing too fast so we're conducting our first job search. Our directors all began as apprentices - we use the term apprentice rather than intern: running for coffee doesn't outfit you to be a formidable presence in the marketplace. We want that for everyone at our agency. We were founded by brothers who pushed lawnmowers out of the garage and set up computers during the day, cracked beers after turning out the late shop lights, and prayed that it might all just work out. It has.

As to culture, these are our brand virtues. With GUSTO (jump in and figure it out) and FUN WINS (always push an extra 2 oz. of fun into every project), Fidelis will GET ACROSS THE ICE (persevere to completion, no matter what). We are BLUE COLLAR CREATIVES (no prima donna fussy rockstars) who remain THANKFUL, START TO FINISH (we get to do great work with wonderful people) but we NEVER TRUST A WIZARD (we can always show our work when asked - nobody is above having to answer for our decisions). 

We currently offer unlimited paid time off for salaried staff. The pros who work at Fidelis handle their accounts so well that this hasn't been an issue; we don't miss deadlines, and we are fantastic at professional communication (facilitating meetings, interfacing on zoom calls, running workshops, or delivering monthly reporting). As a result, we can be rather flexible with in-office requirements; it has been a win-win for everyone. We know our agency puts food on tables; it's those family tables in warm homes that count the most. We work for them as we build a conservative, faith and family values friendly agency in the Lone Star State.
