About Us
Bethesda Health Clinic was founded in 2003 to help hard-working, uninsured East Texans receive affordable healthcare. We are a 501c3 nonprofit that accepts $0 in state or federal funding. We are 100% community supported and thrive from the generosity of medical volunteers, churches, individuals and businesses.
Bethesda serves low-income, working, uninsured East Texans. We give our patients a primary medical home. Without Bethesda they would be forced to seek care at the emergency room or choose between feeding their families and going to the doctor.
Our vision is to serve and honor Christ by inspiring our neighbors to live an abundant life, a life that is healthy in mind, body and spirit… a life that is meaningful, purposeful, joyful and eternal.
