We're looking for someone with 3-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, managing everything from complex calendars to sensitive information with discretion. You'll be the organizational backbone of the team, ensuring priorities are met and nothing falls through the cracks. Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of leadership, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials and agendas while tracking action and communication items and following up to ensure timely completion. Managing principle calendar alongside other entity calendars and ensuring most streamlined communication possible among multiple parties.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interact effectively with senior-level stakeholders
