Project ManagerLaMay Property Development
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager to join our team in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. This role requires someone who wants to support the onsite installers, while driving projects to complete on time and on budget. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various construction and renovation projects, ensuring that, although they may vary in scope, they do not vary in level of execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing project timelines, coordinating schedules and materials, inspecting work sites, handling project documentation, confirming material quality, and maintaining communication with vendors and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Removing blockers for the on-site installers while committing to the success of the project. Ordering materials and confirming their quality, managing and delivering project deadlines, coordinating project planning with the sales team, and stepping into the gap by taking ownership of obstacles to solve problems that may arise on projects.
Proficiency in Project Management and ability to lead teams and oversee project lifecycles
Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to maintain schedules and solve potential delays
Experience with Logistics Management and Inspection to ensure efficient operations and quality control
Additional qualifications include excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively on-site with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with property development or construction management is a plus
Strong tenacity to work through and overcome problems that may arise
