Financial ControllerAcralMed
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience as a Controller to join our team. This role will oversee all accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You'll be responsible for managing month-end and year-end close processes, maintaining our ERP systems, and providing strategic financial insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is a CPA with a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent Excel skills, and a proven track record of managing complex financial operations in the manufacturing industry.
Manage budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting oversight.
Monitor profitability and cost drivers across departments.
Approve spending within delegated authority and enforce financial controls.
Support pricing, margin analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Ensure accounting practices support audit readiness and compliance expectations.
Oversee HR compliance and reporting.
Prepare month-end documentation and assist with year-end close requirements.
Oversee the functions performed by the finance department, and build out team as needed, depending on business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification strongly preferred. Proven track record of managing accounting teams and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
