Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience as a Controller to join our team. This role will oversee all accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You'll be responsible for managing month-end and year-end close processes, maintaining our ERP systems, and providing strategic financial insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is a CPA with a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent Excel skills, and a proven track record of managing complex financial operations in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting oversight.

  • Monitor profitability and cost drivers across departments.

  • Approve spending within delegated authority and enforce financial controls.

  • Support pricing, margin analysis, and strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure accounting practices support audit readiness and compliance expectations.

  • Oversee HR compliance and reporting.

  • Prepare month-end documentation and assist with year-end close requirements.

  • Oversee the functions performed by the finance department, and build out team as needed, depending on business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification strongly preferred. Proven track record of managing accounting teams and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
