We're a fast-moving startup in the industrial space looking for another culturally-aligned Full Stack Software Engineer. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining robust web applications using modern technologies. As an early member of the engineering team, you'll work closely with our founders to realize their vision for the product, lay a strong technical foundation and help establish best practices as we grow.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Samwise goes beyond document storage by embedding engineering logic, equipment data models, and risk relationships directly into workflows. The platform incorporates AI-enabled document ingestion, data normalization, and recommendations to help teams identify gaps, prioritize actions, and maintain alignment with regulatory and industry standards (OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, IIAR). Embedded engineering analysis supports risk-based decision-making—connecting safeguards, equipment condition, operating limits, and change management so safety insights are actionable in real operations.
