Store ManagerImpact Thrift LLC

As a key part of our mission-driven store, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the store. You will manage employees, oversee the building and property, buy supplies, cover roles as needed, etc to keep the store running smoothly. By executing the vision of Chazak Ventures, your role will directly support our community and help fund Chazak Rescue’s life-saving work worldwide.

• Manage employees and volunteers: schedules, daily duties, training, etc  

• Foster a healthy and productive work environment, where everyone is a team player 

• Manage the POS and donation processing software 

• Manage cash and bank deposits 

• Track donation processing stats and keep employees accountable 

• Lead and equip team in the retail and processing operations of the store  

• Lead daily/weekly meeting with employees 

• Coach the team and lead regular 1:1’s 

• Fill-in any job roles as needed 

• Coordinate and complete donation pick-ups and furniture deliveries, as needed 

• Manage the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the indoor & outdoor space 

• Continuous attention to opportunities to streamline and improve production and retail operations, and opportunities to increase donations 

• Coordinate with Retail and Processing Managers on priorities and tasks 

• Communicate with the General Manager and the Chazak Ventures team  

• Able to tell the Chazak Rescue story and connect the dots for staff and customers 

• Other related responsibilities as requested by the General Manager 

• Must be a people person with a pleasant and willing attitude and have a heart to serve both the employees and customers.  

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) with an excellent command of the English language. 

• Must be committed to and lead out with Impact Thrift’s mission. 

• Must be detail-oriented and have solid organizational skills.  

• Must be a problem solver and be able to work with a minimum of supervision and take initiative.  

• Excellent time management skills.  

• Must possess a demonstrable level of skill and proficiency in planning to meet established goals.
