Warroom AssociateInnovation Council Action Inc.
Warroom Associates will operate in ICAI's rapid-response hub, monitoring developments and coordinating real-time advocacy on AI issues. This role supports the organization's mission to advance American AI leadership through agile, data-driven responses. As a nonpartisan 501(c)(4), ICAI emphasizes education, lobbying, and grassroots efforts.
Track real-time news, legislation, and public discourse on AI topics like regulations, global markets, energy, trade, workforce, manufacturing, infrastructure, and open-source.
Assist in developing quick-response strategies for advocacy campaigns.
Support data analysis and research for policy and communications teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders for grassroots mobilization and coalition-building.
Contribute to monitoring and reporting on pro-AI policy alignments.
Ensure responses align with nonpartisan, issue-based standards.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
