A partner organization is looking for a Production Manager:

In this role, you report directly to Head of Studio Operations. The Production Manager owns day-to-day production operations for HQ Studios. We run a high volume production schedule (podcasts, interviews, TV hits, occasional live events). This role ensures productions run efficiently, professionally, and consistently. Success requires balancing service & standards: hospitality for guests/clients while enforcing workflow discipline. You are responsible for ensuring the team meets technical standards and redundancies are created through team member cross training.

• Maintain a stable production calendar and staffing assignments, production calendars, and day-to-day execution

• Manage TV and Podcast studio bookings

• Oversee members of studio in A/V production, lighting, and filming

• Lead producers and support staff; ensure readiness across all shoots

• Standardize workflows, documentation, and production systems

• Operate and troubleshoot productions, including core AV systems as needed

• Assist cross-functional teams with their duties for a team-oriented environment

• 5+ years experience in production operations (studio, broadcast, or live)

• Demonstrated experience leading crews and managing production logistics

• Comfort troubleshooting workflows and solving problems under pressure

• Strong collaboration across creative and technical teams

• High standards for professionalism, clarity, and consistency

• Competent using Sony and BMD equipment

• Experience with audio signal flow, including mix/minus & live streaming
