We seek a motivated and experienced Public Relations Representative to spend 10 to 20 hours per week for four to sixteen weeks promoting to both national and local media the publication of a new book consisting of a compendium of essays. This assignment requires:Outreach to media in all forms - podcasts, radio, television, printBooking meetings and appearances for the book's editor and/or essay authorsUtilizing our listsBuilding new contact listsThis volume consists of a collection of twelve original essays by twelve independent voices who converge on a single, unsettling conclusion: American politics is no longer merely broken—it is actively producing dangers that threaten the country’s future. Incentivized polarization, performative outrage, and zero-sum partisanship have hollowed out constitutional governance and replaced problem-solving with permanent conflict. The result is a political system that systematically converts dysfunction into risk.This position will be compensated through a combination of a modest hourly rate plus a commission for successful bookings.Other projects will be available in the future.Send your resume to me directly at mike@miketermaat.com.
