This is a remote B2C sales role for a consultative sales professional based in Colorado. You’ll work with inbound leads - homeowners who have already expressed interest in window and door replacement - and guide them through a straightforward, honest buying process. No cold calling. No door knocking. No in-home visits.
Beyond the day-to-day, this role offers real professional growth. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team, use AI-powered coaching tools to sharpen your skills, and have a direct line to shaping how Zen Windows sells and serves customers in a growing market. Manage inbound residential sales across your Colorado territory via phone, text, email, and video call
Build accurate quotes and coordinate customer financing, including credit applications
Maintain detailed CRM records and manage pipeline activity
Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless order handoffs and high-quality customer outcomes
Represent Zen Windows at local networking events in the Denver area
Track sales performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Contribute feedback and ideas to continuously improve the customer experience and sales process

Base salary: $36,000/year (W-2)
Commission on every sale
On-target earnings (OTE): $100,000–$150,000/year
