Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead our market entry and expansion. This is not a traditional sales leadership role. It is a hands-on, player-coach position responsible for:

  • Building the U.S. sales motion from the ground up

  • Closing early enterprise deals

  • Establishing Decisyon’s presence with strategic manufacturing accounts

  • Defining and scaling a repeatable go-to-market model

You will act as our "U.S. Beachhead Builder + First Enterprise Closer," stepping into a defined sales playbook, backed by invested systems, HubSpot CRM, and a high-velocity GTM process already in place, and working directly with the CEO and leadership team to convert market opportunity into revenue.

Responsibilities

1. Build the U.S. Market

  • Establish Decisyon’s presence within targeted enterprise manufacturing accounts

  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities aligned with our ICP

  • Develop and execute account-based strategies for strategic prospects

2. Own and Close Enterprise Deals

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution

  • Engage C-level stakeholders (COO, CIO, Head of Manufacturing, Digital Transformation leaders)

  • Drive structured sales motions including demos, business cases, and ROI justification (CVA)

  • Convert Proof-of-Concept engagements into production SaaS deployments

3. Drive Pipeline and GTM Execution

  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with revenue targets

  • Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation and positioning

  • Work with Product and Delivery teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities

  • Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and competitive positioning

4. Establish a Scalable Sales Playbook

  • Define repeatable sales processes, qualification criteria, and deal strategies

  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy

  • Lay the foundation for scaling the U.S. sales organization

Requirements
  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales
  • Proven track record of repeatable sales models
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • Comfortable with accountability in a performance-driven environment
  • Experience selling value-based solutions tied to ROI and operational impact
  • Ability to translate complex technology (AI, data platforms, workflows) into clear business value
  • Proficiency in Hubspot
Nice to Have
  • Recent success closing large SaaS deals in industrial/operations space

Compensation

This role is designed for builders who are motivated by ownership and upside.

  • Base Salary: $100K–$120K

  • On-Target Earnings: $300K–$400K+

  • Commission: Performance-driven with meaningful accelerators

  • Bonuses: Tied to strategic deals, POC conversions, and pipeline development

  • Equity: Meaningful stock options aligned with long-term value creation
