We're looking for people for Tax Resolution to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible to work your 40 hour schedule, take inbound calls to survey their Tax resolution needs, You simply follow the script. You are qualifying callers for tax help. HOURLY w a BONUS OPPORTUNITY !!!!

You need to be punctual , Have 2 Monitors, computer and a headset WITH EXCELLENT INTERNET !

Customer Service experience would be great however we will train the right people
we are Scheduling hours Mon - Fri 10-am est - 6pm est
