The Role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing & GoHighLevel Specialist to book as many qualified applications as possible using email + content.

You'll think strategically about campaigns and personally execute in GoHighLevel, email, and social to drive applications, consults, and enrollments.

Time & Compensation

  • Start: 10–20 hours/month, contractor.

  • Monthly retainer based on experience, with potential performance incentives as we grow.

  • Potential to grow into a larger, more permanent role if we win together.

  • Right now this is a part‑time, hands‑on role. As you prove you can consistently drive qualified applications and revenue, this can evolve into a Director of Marketing position where you own strategy, budget, and eventually a small team.

    • If we scale into the multi‑million range and you’re still the one driving that growth, we’ll revisit a CMO‑level role and comp structure. We're on track to do this within the next few years.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • More qualified applications and booked consults from email and content.

  • Consistent sends that maintain or improve open/click rates with healthy unsubscribes.

  • A repeatable pattern: one strong email turns into multiple effective social assets each week.

Hiring Process

  1. Apply:

    • Resume

    • 2–3 examples of email campaigns you wrote (with any metrics you can share)

    • Brief note on why you're aligned with a Christian, medical‑freedom practice

  2. Short Sample Assignment (Unpaid, Small Scope) for Top Applicants:

    • We provide:

      • A de‑identified visit transcript from that week

      • A style & tone sheet so you can write like Dr. Stillman

    • You provide:

      • One email for our audience (3 subject lines + one preheader) aimed at driving applications

      • In 5–7 bullets, how you'd:

        • Plug that email into GoHighLevel (segments, tags, simple follow‑up), and

        • Repurpose it for social (carousel, short‑form video, community post)

    • This is a light thinking and writing test only. Anything we later ask you to build and use live will be paid.

    • Samples are scored using our ACQ AI assistant (built on Hormozi frameworks) plus manual review from our team.

  3. Interview & Paid Pilot:

    • Finalists are invited to a short paid pilot where you implement a small campaign. If it performs and the fit is right, we roll into an ongoing retainer.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Own the email calendar: plan, write, and schedule broadcasts and simple sequences in GHL.

  • Manage lists, tags, and basic automations so the right people see the right messages.

  • Build simple landing pages/forms in GHL for applications, webinars, and promos.

  • Repurpose emails into social posts and short‑form video scripts, using AI where it helps.

  • Turn de‑identified call transcripts + style guides into clear, patient‑friendly emails and posts.

  • Track basic performance (opens, clicks, replies, applications, booked calls) and suggest improvements.
