“My last boss was the worst. Way too many unrealistic expectations.” A complaint like this is almost ALWAYS a red flag. At the very least a yellow flag.

Not because bad bosses don't exist out there, they absolutely do.

But because if someone's first instinct in an interview is to complain and blame-shift instead of taking ownership over their situation, chances are they'll bring that habit into your workplace as well.
