Job Seekers Like AI Interviews? Not so Fast...

I recently saw someone try to claim “Candidates want to be interviewed by AI.”

So out of curiosity, I ran a poll on this topic on my LinkedIn. After 636 respondents, the response was near unanimous.

The question I asked was “Do you like AI interviews?” The response:

• 24% — No (Employer)
• 70% — No (Job seeker)
• 1% — Yes (Employer)
• 3% — Yes (Job seeker)

with the remaining people choosing to just see the results.

A total of 4% of respondents said they are in favor of AI interviews.

Don't believe the people telling you that AI interviews are the inevitable future. 96% of us think hiring should stay in human hands.
