Pest Patrol - Inside Sales Rep

Pest Patrol is a local Portland-area pest control provider in search of an inside sales rep to help us continue on our growth trajectory. WE WILL TRAIN YOU - but we are looking for someone who's a fighter.

Yours Job Duties

Pest Patrol's Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for:

• Managing existing lead sources (e.g., Home Advisor, Linkedin, Bark, etc.)
• Assessing, deploying, and managing new lead sources 
• Lunch meetings with potential clients
• On-site visits to provide quotes to local businesses
• Creating and managing lead lists via CRM tools
• Reviving cold sales leads
• Developing and deploying marketing campaigns to bring additional inbound leads (email, text, social media)
• Attending conferences and trade shows to network with potential clients
• 1 year + sales experience preferred

Qualifications

The ideal application will be:

• Organized and self-motivated.
  • The Inside Sales Representative will be expected, and have the freedom, to take the initiative to improve Pest Patrol's lead acquisition channels and lead conversion rate. 
• Able to communicate clearly both in writing and in person/over the phone.
  • This position will require a significant amount of time calling, emailing, and texting with prospects and partners. Both persistence as well as a friendly, customer-service oriented manner are key. We refer to this as grit. The ability to get knocked down and keep fighting.
• A team player.
  • While defined roles are important in an organization, equally as important is a willingness by all employees to do what is necessary to help each other, and the company, succeed.

Pay structure is: salary + commission
