Senior Construction Project Engineer

Crosslands - Aug 11, 2026
Location-based
Full-time
$75K - $90K/yr
Salary
Englewood, CO
Crosslands Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. This role goes beyond traditional project coordination—the right candidate will serve as a working mentor to our existing Project Engineers, sharing hard-won knowledge of construction processes, documentation discipline, and proactive problem-solving as they execute day-to-day project responsibilities. We are looking for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of commercial construction project engineering, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is energized by helping others grow. If you excel in the details, communicate clearly, and understand that a team performs best when everyone around you gets better, this opportunity is built for you. In addition to carrying your own project responsibilities, you will work directly alongside our current Project Engineers on shared projects and workflows. Your day-to-day will include coaching and demonstrating best practices for: • RFI and submittal management — organization, timing, and follow-through • Document control and project-filing discipline • Subcontractor coordination and scope management • Reading and resolving drawing and specification conflicts before they hit the field • Owner and design-team communication • Change order and cost-reporting accuracy • Closeout and turnover execution This is not a training-only role—you will be an active project contributor. The mentorship is embedded in how you work, not set aside from it.

Part Time Account Executive - Outside Sales - Grand Junction, CO

Delta Defense, LLC - Aug 09, 2026
Location-based
Part-time
$25+/yr
Hourly
Grand Junction, CO
Part Time Account Executive (Outside Sales) - Grand Junction, Colorado At Delta Defense , we stand for something bigger than a product. We believe the inalienable right to self-defense is fundamental to freedom. We believe in personal responsibility, training, and protecting the people we love. And we exist for the millions of responsible American gun owners — and those who may one day legally defend themselves — who take that responsibility seriously. Delta Defense is the private company behind the marketing, operations, and customer service of the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) — an organization dedicated to safeguarding the life, freedom, and finances of responsibly armed Americans. As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you carry that mission into every parking lot, range, retailer, and training room you step into. Learn more about the USCCA at https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/ As a Part-Time Account Executive on our Outside Sales team, you will drive sales and build strong relationships within an assigned territory. Ideal candidates are passionate about the Second Amendment, highly self motivated, and able to independently engage with local ranges, retailers, and instructors. The reality of this role: This part-time position offers flexibility to suit your schedule but does not include company benefits. In this role you have the chance to make a significant impact while still enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule. Most days, you’ll be earning attention before you earn the sale. You'll stand up at the end of a concealed carry class. In front of a room of strangers who just spent several hours learning to carry a firearm responsibly — and who are tired, skeptical, and not sure why they should listen to you. You'll show up cold at a range on a Saturday morning. You'll walk into a retailer whose owner has seen plenty of reps before you and isn't easily impressed. And your job is to earn the right to be heard. That's what makes this role different. It's face-to-face, relationship-driven, and credibility-first — especially in front of firearms instructors, range owners, and everyday Americans who care deeply about self-defense and personal freedom. If you're a responsible gun owner who enjoys being at the range, talking gear and training, and helping others protect themselves, you'll have instant rapport and authenticity. If you're new to the space but eager to learn the community, be honest about that too — people here respect humility far more than a memorized pitch.
