<h2>Job description</h2>Portfolio Management RequirementsResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate must have proficient working knowledge of, and be able to:<ul><li>Prepare for and oversee Board of Director Meetings and annual Association and budget meetings.</li><li>Respond to board and homeowner inquiries</li><li>Obtain contracts and proposals for community needs</li><li>Prepare and implement community budgets</li><li>Administer mailings to homeowners</li><li>Work with vendors and contractors associated with community projects</li><li>Manage and process architectural change requests</li><li>Manage and process covenant violations</li><li>Understand and meet the contractual obligations of each managed community</li><li>Conduct community inspections as needed</li><li>Read and understand financial reports</li></ul>RequirementsThe ideal candidate must meet the following criteria for consideration:<ul><li>Homeowner &amp; Condominium Association experience is required</li><li>Proven project management and administrative experience</li><li>Knowledge of office management, systems, and processes</li><li>Attentive and active listener</li><li>Ability to build rapport and effectively manage change</li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Excel experience a must</li><li>Ability to organize and maintain records</li><li>Understand and enforce community guidelines</li><li>Establish community policies and guidelines</li></ul>
