Customer Service RepShield Roof Solutions

We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Sales Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while actively promoting our products and services. You will utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales opportunities. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.

• Answer inbound calls

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Ensure that all company contact is managed professionally and promptly

• Record and submit custom quote requests

• CRM entries and updates

• Respond to routine e-mails, website inquiries and social media messages

• Process new orders

• Quoting

• Invoicing and basic bookkeeping

• Individuals may be assigned other duties outside of their day-to-day activities which support the overall success of Shield Roof Solutions

• Previous experience in customer service or sales support

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, common applications and basic computer operation

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Strong work ethic

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Adaptable to frequent changes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent in English

• High school graduate or equivalent
