Nyhuis Creative is a boutique video production company creating powerful, story-driven visual content for brands, non-profits, and creative agencies. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow our client base locally in the Washington area and nationally. This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential and the freedom to work remotely.
Prospect and close new video production clients (local & national)
Build long-term relationships with business owners, agencies, non-profits, and entrepreneurs to ensure retention and growth of existing accounts
Collaborate with our creative team to tailor proposals and pitches
Manage your own outreach, CRM, and deal flow
Provide field insight to help improve marketing or sales strategies
Represent Nyhuis Creative with excellence and integrity
Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales — degree optional
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work without close supervision
- Confidence in presenting creative or marketing services
- Understanding of video production or digital marketing workflows
