Now, we’re looking for a Sales Executive who can take the lead in building trusted relationships, driving new business, and extending the founder-led sales success that has fueled our growth to date.
Develop and grow new client relationships with IT and executive leadership in mid-market organizations (typically $50M–$500M in revenue).
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, scoping, proposal, and close. Typical cycle: 2–3 months.
Promote Silent Sector’s core services—Cyber Risk Assessments, Penetration Testing, Cybersecurity Program Development, and Managed Cybersecurity Services.
Represent Silent Sector publicly through events, speaking engagements, and professional networks.
Collaborate closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and processes for scalability.
Work cross-functionally with delivery and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth client handoff.
Create and nurture opportunities through introductions, referrals, and outbound efforts that emphasize human connection over automation.
Model integrity and professionalism consistent with Silent Sector’s mission and values.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to diverse stakeholders
Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently to meet sales targets

Competitive base salary plus commission (5–10%) based on closed revenue.
