Job Summary

We're looking for someone with experience in AP/AR roles to join our team. In AR, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable operations, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial records. In AP, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable operations, processing vendor invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and strong attention to detail to maintain the integrity of our financial data.

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile customer invoices, payments, and account statements to maintain accurate financial records

Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely collections

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
