Education and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Conferred Doctoral degree in related field.
Clinical Pastoral Educator (CPE) Certified.
Board Certification from the Association of Professional Chaplains (APC) or the National Association of Veterans Affairs Chaplains (NAVAC).
Over 10 years of chaplaincy and pastoral experience.
Strong administrative skills.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated poise, Christian integrity, tact, judgment, and diplomacy.
Possess a high level of resourcefulness and be a strong team player.
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information is required.
Continuously strive for improvement and innovation in all aspects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Technologically savvy: able to learn and navigate the LMS (Canvas) and other Liberty systems.
Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills and responds promptly and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in Canvas Course Development and Teaching.
