Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in technology and product leadership to lead our organization's artificial intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technology strategy development, machine learning platforms, and AI implementation. This strategic leadership role requires the ability to implement AI and machine learning to improve workflow automation, increase productivity, assist decision-making, and add new value and opportunities

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry trends
Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage
Identify opportunities across the company to improve different functions with AI technology
Maintain responsible use and best practices for AI and ML implementation

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience building and mentoring high-performing technical teams
Hands-on technical experience
Leadership experience in scaling complex organizations, ideally in technology-driven environments
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute scalable AI strategies and operational frameworks with proven success and increased efficiency
