Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)Tech Hub

We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 5+ years in senior leadership roles to lead our organization's information security strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity and information security management, with a proven track record of implementing robust security frameworks. This role requires strong strategic leadership abilities to guide the security team and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders about complex security matters.

• Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies and policies to protect organizational data and systems

• Represent the organization in security audits, risk assessments, and communications with external assessors

• Partner with executive leadership to maintain security clearance requirements and operational integrity

• Protect the organization through proactive cybersecurity leadership.

• Design security frameworks and build resilience across all networks and systems

• Lead security incident response efforts and oversee security operations to identify and mitigate potential threats

• Ensure detailed cyber security standards and procedures are established and implemented.

• Monitor compliance with cyber security regulations, policies, standards and procedures.

• Broad knowledge of computer security issues, requirements, and trends

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex security concepts into business terms for executive stakeholders

• Experience building and mentoring high-performing security teams

• Track record of successfully managing security programs during periods of organizational growth or transformation

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in leadership

• Demonstrable experience running security compliance programs.
