Chief Information Officer (CIO)Tech Hub

We're looking for someone with 10-15 years of experience as IT leadership and managment to lead our organization's IT departments The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, network and system implementation, and continuous system improvement. This role requires strong strategic leadership abilities to ensure our technology supports growth, productivity, and profitability. The successful candidate will collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives.

• Develop and implement IT solutions and services that are robust, scalable, secure and compliant with industry standards.

• Manage technology procurements and budgets.

• Establish and maintain software development policies and best practices.

• Provide strategic direction for the organization's technology investments.

• Ensure the company's data and information are protected from unauthorized access.

• Implement innovative technologies which will maximize efficiency.

• Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-wide security programs and mitigating organizational risk

• Proven experience in senior or executive leadership

• Experience controlling IT-related budgets

• Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, etc

• Experience presenting complex security concepts to board members and executive leadership

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry security standards

• Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and specifications
