We're looking for people comfortable with building scalable road-maps, providing overall system direction to align with business growth and innovation goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with company goals while overseeing all technical operations and infrastructure

Lead and mentor engineering teams through the full product development lifecycle while establishing best practices for software architecture

Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols and data architecture standards are implemented across all systems

Qualifications

Proven track record of successful technology transformations and digital innovation initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience managing technology budgets and vendor relationships effectively
Strong leadership experience, with multiple years of experience in senior or executive leadership
Expertise in modern architectures, engineering best practices, and cybersecurity
