We value passion, dedication, work ethic, flexible availability, and skill more than formal education or credentials Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp; <ul><li>Work alongside our executive team in Central Florida, to brainstorm new ideas to grow our hospitality clientele with a particular focus on sales and growth strategy&nbsp;</li><li>Provide leadership in sales vision and development</li><li>Envision and foster new concepts for growth</li><li>Travel to various business locations around the country several times a year to work with different regional teams&nbsp;</li><li>Bring energy and vision to our growing family-owned business&nbsp;</li><li>Act as an ambassador of our company.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Compensation and Benefits&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Base salary is $125,000-$145,000 annually depending upon experience and passion with quarterly performance-based enhancements</li><li>Paid travel across the country&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Performance bonuses based upon company success and growth</li></ul>
