Pierogi MakerMom's Pierogies
Mom’s Pierogies is a small, family-owned takeout restaurant that’s been serving our community since 2003. We specialize in handmade pierogies, stuffed cabbage, and traditional Polish comfort food. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our kitchen family and to help make our hand-made pierogies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail to ensure each pierogi is perfectly formed and sealed. You'll need strong time management skills to maintain efficient production while upholding our quality standards. Experience with pierogi making, dough preparation and knowledge of Polish cuisine will be valuable assets in this role but not necessary as we are willing to train.
Prepare, cook, and assemble pierogies and other menu items
Assist with dough preparation and fillings
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support team members in day-to-day kitchen operations
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all food safety regulations and production timelines
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements with precision
Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques to expand our pierogi offerings
Basic cooking skills and comfort working in a kitchen environment

Workdays are Tuesday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on production needs
Start time: 8:00 AM
Hours may vary daily based on order volume but typically average around 8 hours per day
