We're looking for a High School Math Teacher who can inspire and educate students in mathematics and is familiar with Classical pedagogy. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills and the ability to develop engaging lesson plans. This position requires excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex mathematical concepts to students. You will be responsible for implementing curriculum standards while fostering a positive learning environment.
Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that align with curriculum standards and accommodate different learning styles
Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth
Collaborate with department colleagues to enhance mathematics instruction and participate in professional development opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to motivate students and create an inclusive classroom environment
A mature, joyful, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Membership in good standing at an evangelical church consistent with the school’s Statement of Faith.
Hold to an orthodox and historic biblical understanding of contemporary issues (including young earth creationism).
A clear calling to Christian education and an understanding of the principles of classical learning.
