Marketing Account ManagerRosewood Marketing
As an account manager you are responsible for managing our clients' experience and marketing from the beginning to end of their experience with Rosewood.
You'll work closely with marketing coaches to develop and maintain marketing strategies for each client. You'll work with our scheduling and project management team to make sure that the marketing plan is completed on-time. And you'll guide team members from almost every team at Rosewood to complete the projects that drive marketing results.
The tools that you'll use in this role include Zoom, Slack, the Google Suite, Accelo (for project management and time tracking), custom reporting, and some AI tools.
In all parts of your role, you'll be working towards Rosewood's vision of helping others to grow God's way. You'll provide marketing leadership to clients and help them to create marketing plans that align well with their Christian beliefs.
Marketing Plan Creation - Assist a Rosewood marketing strategist with developing a marketing plan. Plan and budget the projects that make up that plan and present them to the client. Create project briefs that capture the goals and necessary information for the project.
Marketing Plan Management - Manage the budget, timelines, and strategy for the whole marketing plan.
Project Management - Ensure that each project is completed within budget, starts and ends on time, and fulfills the planned deliverables. Or give direction to and work with a Rosewood project manager.
Client Relationships Management - Conduct monthly meetings and communicate with your clients by email and phone between meetings. Keep clients delighted through the entire marketing year.

Understanding of marketing concepts as well as effective business management. Either marketing experience or business management experience is required.
