Summary: In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web applications and integrations to support our mission, goals and marketing efforts (including marketing automation and content-based marketing tech strategy).&nbsp; This candidate will work closely with project managers, the media production team, operations and finance team members to understand the requirements and design specifications for each project and use the technical skills to develope and implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design and build wec applications using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress and PHP and integrations utilizing third-party providers such as Zapier and Microsoft.</li><li>Link customer information from sales/donations made on website to customer relationship management software.</li><li>Provide campaign and overall analytics for web traffic.</li><li>Work in tandem with the CCDF-USA marketing/communications and media production teams to faciliate sophisticated marketing-automation projects, the total user experience, and the customer journey.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to understand project requirements and design specifications.</li><li>Deveolpe and implement integration solutions using APIs and other technologies.</li><li>Maintain and update existing web applications and integrations</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing website, hosting and integrations</li><li>Write and maintain technical documentation</li><li>Proactive work style and creative problem solver and has strong work ethis and ability to handle multiple projects</li><li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail and follow-through concerning commitments made and deadline requirements</li><li>Maintain active awareness and knowledge of industry trends and new technologies that become available that would improve our processes and workflow</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or closely related field</li><li>Minimum three years' experience in web developement, integrations, secure coding practices, analytics and ecommerce.&nbsp; Prefer background in marketing with non-profit organizations, but not a "must-have".</li><li>Strong understanding of web developement languages, WordPress, WordPress Multi-site, Zapier, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, WordPress Engine and other related applications&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with APIs</li><li>Excellent atitude with problem-solving skills and abilities to help others in the organization understand the basics of the inner-workings of this position to minimize roadblocks to successful project completion</li></ul> CCDF-USA offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at our organixation and for our Nation.&nbsp; The career opportunities at CCDF-USA brings rewards and purpose to our team members lives by offering challenging situations and/or projects with a roadmap to success through an excellent working environment, purposeful beliefs and core principles and committment from top management to run the race all the way to the finish line!
