Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate, driven UX/UI focused Graphic Designer to join the Evolve Systems team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Art Director, Marketing Manager, Project Managers, and clients to create dynamic design solutions. From building cohesive brand identities to crafting impactful web and marketing collateral, you'll bring ideas to life while supporting the creation of digital and print campaigns that set new standards in the industry.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive, functional, and beautiful UX/UI for desktop and mobile websites that meet both user needs and business goals
Lead in designing and producing both digital and print collateral, ensuring creativity, consistency, and attention to detail
Collaborate with the Art Director to creatively develop and refine brand identities for our clients
Manage multiple design projects with precision, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining design excellence
Work across a variety of design software (Canva, Figma, Adobe CC, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Assist in the QA process for websites and other design deliverables to ensure quality standards are met
Prioritize tasks and manage project timelines using Wrike and other project management tools
2+ years of design experience with a focus on UX/UI design, branding, and agency or freelance work
A solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, responsive design, typography, and layout
A keen eye for design detail and an ability to handle constructive feedback
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and explain design concepts to clients
Familiarity with SEO, ADA compliance, and accessibility guidelines is highly valued
Experience with tools below a plus
- Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Wrike or other PM tools
- HTML, CSS or WordPress themes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or experience in a related field
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
