Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as a Licensed Psychologist, Mental Health Counselor or Therapist, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist who can provide compassionate and effective psychotherapy services. The ideal candidate will integrate Christian faith and practice into their therapeutic approach while utilizing evidence-based interventions. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with rural clients and can respond effectively during crisis situations. The therapist will need to demonstrate strong empathetic communication skills and ethical decision-making in all client interactions.

Responsibilities

Provide individual psychotherapy services that integrate Christian faith principles with evidence-based interventions

Respond to and manage crisis situations with appropriate intervention techniques

Serve rural clients with sensitivity to their unique needs and circumstances

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)

Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans

Willingness to participate in continuing education to enhance therapeutic skills
