Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as a Licensed Psychologist, Mental Health Therapist, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist who can effectively integrate Christian faith into their therapeutic practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong psychotherapy skills and expertise in utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches. You'll provide compassionate mental health services while maintaining biblically congruent values and ethical standards in your practice.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions while integrating Christian faith perspectives when appropriate

Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances

Respond effectively to crisis situations while maintaining ethical standards and professional boundaries

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings to accommodate client needs
Willingness to serve one day every other week in a rural setting and understand the unique challenges of rural mental health care
