Role Summary
The Executive Assistant is an individual with high integrity and advanced organizational skills that provides administrative and operational support to the Director of Data Center Growth. This role ensures the executive's calendar, communication, and priorities are effectively managed. The Executive Assistant also plays a key role in internal and external coordination, supporting strategic initiatives, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration as needed.
What You'll Do
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage calendar, meetings, and inbox with strong prioritization and time management
Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups for key meetings
Coordinate travel, events, and logistics as needed
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Draft, organize, and maintain correspondence and documentation
Operational & Project Support
Track delegated tasks and drive accountability to closure
Conduct background research to support decision-making
Assist with internal process documentation and light project management
Create and maintain SOPs, trackers, and reports to support clarity and execution
Contribute to documentation and tooling efforts within Atlassian systems to support operational clarity and coordination
Step into cross-functional gaps during high-priority or fast-paced initiatives

What You Bring
Required:
3+ years experience supporting sales or operations leaders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High integrity and experience managing sensitive information
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Proactive and service-oriented, with strong judgment and discretion
Proficiency in office management tools for calendar, calculation, presentation, writing, and project management
Preferred:
Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
Prior experience supporting operations or cross-functional leadership teams
Experience in a technology, construction, or real estate company
Interest in long term career growth in sales or project management
