Cascade Fire Protection is a leading provider of fire protection services, committed to ensuring the safety of our clients through high-quality systems and professional services. We are currently looking to expand our team and hire a dedicated Fire Sprinkler Inspector/Technician.
As a Fire Sprinkler Inspector/Technician at Cascade Fire Protection, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes. Your role will be vital in ensuring that these life-saving systems operate effectively. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of inspection techniques for fire sprinkler systems and have excellent communication skills when interacting with clients and team members. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure all fire safety systems meet regulatory requirements and function properly in emergency situations.
Conduct thorough inspections of fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire safety codes and regulations
Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, identify deficiencies, and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance to clients and management
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire sprinkler systems, recommending appropriate solutions to maintain optimal functionality
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding findings, solutions, and recommendations.
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Experience in fire sprinkler inspection, installation, or service is preferred.
Physical capability to access difficult-to-reach areas and work in various environmental conditions
Strong time management skills with ability to organize and prioritize multiple inspection schedules
NICET Level 2 Certification in Fire Protection Systems is preferred, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess a valid driver’s license
