The Senior Project Manager will simultaneously oversee 2–4 complex commercial design-build projects, depending on scope and size. This position is primarily based out of our Lacey, WA headquarters (approximately 70-80% of time), with periodic travel to project sites across the U.S. (approximately 20-30% of time).

The ideal candidate brings extensive project leadership experience in fast-paced, high-end commercial environments and has a proven ability to coordinate diverse teams, manage tight schedules, and deliver superior results for our clients.

Annual Salary: $235,000 – $250,000 (Depending on Experience)

• Manage 2–4 design-build projects concurrently through all phases of development.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for design teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

• Oversee procurement, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.

• Conduct regular internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment.

• Maintain strict quality control and schedule performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, representing I-5 with professionalism and integrity.

• Travel as needed to job sites nationwide for key phases of project execution.

• 7+ years of experience managing commercial design-build or construction projects in the following categories:

  • Casinos

  • Entertainment Complex

  • Resorts

  • Large Restaurants

• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with complex scopes and accelerated schedules.

• Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and team leadership.

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and systems.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar platforms).

• Ability to travel domestically for project site visits (approx. 20-30%).
