Job Summary

Logos School, a Christ-centered classical Christian school in Moscow, Idaho, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Major Gifts Officer to develop, cultivate, and grow our emerging base of major individual donors. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and converting prospects into donors. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate our mission in compelling ways that inspire generous contributions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and solicit major gift prospects beyond our school community
Travel throughout the United States for face-to-face cultivation and solicitation meetings with existing donors and donor prospects
Keep accurate, thorough, and confidential moves-management records
Support the Director of Development and Campaign Manager in development efforts. Working collaboratively with the development team to achieve clearly-articulated goals, both individually and as a team
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual snapshot reports by which progress may be tracked and strategies may be evaluated.
Build and maintain relationships with donors through personalized communication and stewardship

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in securing major gifts of $10,000 or more

Ability to travel and work some evenings and weekends for donor meetings and events

Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
