In this business-to-business (B2B) sales role, you’ll work directly with small and mid-sized companies to offer T-Mobile Business solutions including 5G high-speed internet, business phone services, and connected devices. Your mission is to help businesses stay connected, improve productivity, and save money — all while building a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position.
Prospect and engage with small and medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory
Present and sell T-Mobile 5G internet, business phone plans, and connected devices
Consult with clients to understand their communication needs and deliver tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients
Manage leads and opportunities through CRM tools
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that drive sales growth
Previous sales or retail sales experience is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable vehicle required for daily business travel
